Every year fatfish are asked to develop the branding and event collateral for Flight Centre’s Global Gathering. This year saw 3,200 delegates make the trek to Cancun, Mexico, to celebrate their amazing success. A twelve month marketing and social media campaign was developed along with onsite branding and collateral. This project enlisted our entire creative team to ensure that this was the most socially engaging event to date.
From branding to web development and event apps, from print through to video production, the focus was generating as much event hype as possible throughout the year. To give delegates a taste of Cancun, a series of video blogs were produced and used as teasers to all staff where a selected few get to visit the destination and explore all it has to offer.

A major part of the project was to develop the event mascot, a mexican dragon which was carried through all creative collateral.
