fatfish were asked to name and brand a new product offering for Flight Centre Limited, SmartSTAY. SmartSTAY allows corporate clients to gain access to the unique travel deals of the moment. This then expanded out to SmartDRIVE and SmartFLY treatments. A series of brochures were also created to be used during the sales process playing on the unique offering of each product.
The challenge was allowing easy access to the special deals which were updated regularly, without constant, often unwanted email spamming. So an app was designed and developed to compliment the service portraying a greater feeling of value to the product whilst creating stronger brand allegiance. The result; a unique product and positioning that provides clients access to the some outstanding business travel deals unmatched by competitors.
